Soft, pure and timeless

Bold, atmospheric and full of character, this luxurious shade brings depth, warmth and timeless elegance to interiors while creating a dramatic yet refined atmosphere.

Perfect for studies, libraries, dining rooms, bars and statement feature walls, About Damson creates a cocooning and sophisticated feel when colour drenched across a room or paired with complementary shades such as Crocus Field or Harlech. For a striking contrast, pair with crisp whites such as Victory White to create depth and balance.

What goes into the tin

Ingredients we’re happy to list

About Damson is a water-based paint with ultra low VOCs, certified vegan by The Vegan Society. The binder is an acrylic resin rather than a microplastic, the pigments are solvent- and VOC-free, and there is no formaldehyde, no heavy metals and no phthalates anywhere in the tin.

We keep the exact formula to ourselves — but we are happy to be open about every ingredient that goes into it.
