Soft, pure and timeless

The colour takes its name from the Mallard steam locomotive and the record-breaking speed it reached in 1938 — a record that still stands today.

Deep and beautifully versatile, this blue grey looks fantastic in any room, whether used across all four walls or as a single striking feature wall. It works particularly well alongside crisp whites and dark greys.

Confident yet easy to live with, 126 mph brings depth, character and a sense of quiet drama to interiors while remaining elegant and timeless in feel.

What goes into the tin

Ingredients we’re happy to list

126 mph is a water-based paint with ultra low VOCs, certified vegan by The Vegan Society. The binder is an acrylic resin rather than a microplastic, the pigments are solvent- and VOC-free, and there is no formaldehyde, no heavy metals and no phthalates anywhere in the tin.

We keep the exact formula to ourselves — but we are happy to be open about every ingredient that goes into it.
